Caitlyn Pezza, MS. Ed, MSA

Caitlyn Pezza is an expert in individualized education, and assisting families in finding solutions to the complex issues that face their child in school. After obtaining her undergraduate degree in English and Communication from Florida State University, she moved to NYC where she completed an MFA in Creative Writing from The New School, and a Master’s in Education, and certification in teaching from The City University of New York.

She has a background in teaching, mentoring, writing curriculum, and leading a specialized private school as the Assistant Principal.  When Caitlyn was ready to start a family of her own, she moved to Maplewood, NJ while holding a position as Director of Admissions and Community Outreach at a specialized private school in Montclair. She has extensive experience working with a wide variety of students who are often challenged by multiple disabilities both academic and psychological in nature.

Over the years, she has built a vast network of relationships with various private school and clinical professionals working with children, and she regularly attends workshops and seminars to stay up to date on the latest research and polices. Caitlyn is passionate about education reform, and helping individuals to find their purpose and personal path to success. She is dedicated to families and bringing ease to the journey of educating a struggling student. Caitlyn believes that every individual has the ability to flourish and to redefine their school experience. Caitlyn works directly with Dr. Dorsky to provide important feedback and optimize the patient’s care and works directly with both the patient and family.
